Australia's Gout Gout breaks U-20 200-metre world record, runs faster than Bolt did at age 18

Australia's 18-year-old sprinter Gout Gout set a new world Under-20 record in 200 metres, clocking 19.67 seconds at the Australian Athletics Championships in Sydney. He broke Erriyon Knighton's previous U-20 world record of 19.69 seconds, which was set in 2022. Gout's time is faster than Usain Bolt's 19.93 seconds, which is the Jamaican's best as a teenager.
