Australia Test captain Tim Paine today smashed a first-class hundred after 4,738 days. Playing for Tasmania against Western Australia in Sheffield Shield, the 34-year-old hit 121 runs off 208 deliveries including 13 fours and one six. It was Paine's second first-class hundred. His first hundred had come in October 2006, when the then 21-year-old scored 215 off 409 balls.
