Australian footballer Ryan Williams has officially acquired Indian citizenship and has been called up to the Indian national camp. Williams, who has been playing for Bengaluru FC since 2023, was born in Australia's Perth and represented Australia in 2019. His mother hails from an Anglo-Indian family originally based in Mumbai.
