A 40-year-old Australian man who climbed Mount Everest after learning to walk again has died on his return from the summit. Jason Bernard Kennison, who was from Perth, died after becoming unresponsive at the summit. Notably, his climb came 17 years after he was told he might never be able to walk again after surviving a car crash in 2006.
