Autopilot couldn't have been engaged in fatal Tesla crash: US NTSB

US' National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has released preliminary findings from investigation into the fatal Tesla car crash in Texas that killed two people. The agency found that the Model S was equipped with Tesla's Autopilot but it could not have been engaged on the road where the crash took place. Only adaptive cruise control could be engaged, it added.
