AVI Polymers announced that its board will meet on June 4, 2026, to consider a stock split of up to 1:10 and a bonus issue of up to 10:1. The board will also evaluate diversification into industrial waste management, advanced recycling technologies and sustainability consulting businesses focused on ESG and green technology opportunities.
