Avoidable if Biden didn't free attacker: US on Indian's beheading

Reacting to the beheading of Indian motel manager Chandra Nagamalliah in Dallas, US' Department of Homeland Security said the attack could've been prevented if ex-President Joe Biden's administration hadn't released the attacker from ICE's custody. The attacker, Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, is now set to be deported to Cuba, as per officials. Yordanis was freed from ICE's custody in January this year.
