An award-winning Penn State professor was caught raping his dog on camera. Themis Matsoukas was charged on Tuesday after he was caught committing the crime with his collie near bathrooms at Rothrock State Forest in Pennsylvania. Matsoukas, who is on leave from the university, was identified through a backpack he was carrying.
