Retired IPS officer Mukesh Jain celebrates as his son Ayan Jain secures 16th rank in UPSC CSE-2023, following his brother Arth's 2020 achievement. Both hold degrees from IIT Delhi. Ayan opted for mathematics as optional subject in his third attempt. Aditya Srivastava, Animesh Pradhan, and Donuru Ananya Reddy topped the exam.
