Filmmaker Ayan Mukerji's father and veteran actor Deb Mukherjee passed away aged 83 on Friday. A report stated that he had been unwell for the past couple of months. Deb Mukherjee appeared in several movies, including 'Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar', 'Baton Baton Mein' and 'Main Tulsi Tere Aangan Ki'. He was also the father-in-law of filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker.
