Russia's foreign intelligence chief, Sergei Naryshkin, has warned that the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh between Azerbaijan and Armenia was drawing Islamist radicals who pose a threat to Russia. Naryshkin added that there are thousands of radicals hoping to earn money through war. South Caucasus is capable of becoming "a new launching pad for international terrorist organisations", he further said.
