A consortium of Azim Premji and Ranjan Pai's family offices is buying a minority stake in Akasa Air for around $100 million, The Economic Times reported. The investment is reportedly part of a $130-$140 million funding round. The funding values Akasa Air, which is backed by the family of late investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, slightly below $350 million.
