While announcing the 'detect, delete and deport' law in West Bengal, CM Suvendu Adhikari said, "[Detained] Bangladeshi infiltrators won't be sent to courts but handed over to BSF outposts at Bangladesh border." He said weekly reports on detainees must be submitted to Chief Minister's office. Adhikari added the law should be implemented in all police stations near the state's borders.
