B'luru civic body warns against garbage dumping amid festivities

Bengaluru Central City Corporation Commissioner Jagadeesh G has urged vendors and citizens to keep the city clean during Dasara and Ayudha Pooja celebrations. He warned against dumping garbage on roads and footpaths, citing traffic, public health and drainage concerns. Residents have been urged to segregate wet and dry waste, while vendors have been asked to use designated waste collection points.
