Children in Bengaluru's Judicial Layout wrote a poem to PM Narendra Modi and Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah over the deteriorating condition of roads in their area. "Wherever we look, there are potholes, stones, and mud! Dad pays taxes, mom pays taxes, yet why are our roads like this?" the poem read. Judicial Layout houses judges, IAS officers, and senior government officials.
