A 45-year-old Bengaluru techie died by suicide at his under-construction dream home, leaving behind a 10-page death note accusing a neighbouring family and Greater Bengaluru Authority officials of harassment as well as a ₹20 lakh extortion demand. Murali Govindaraju alleged years of intimidation over fabricated plan violations. Police arrested two of the accused but their son is absconding.
