Industrialist Baba Kalyani's sister, Sugandha Hiremath, accused her younger brother, Gaurishankar Kalyani, of "siphoning off" assets of Kalyani Family HUF, CNBC TV18 reported. She reportedly claimed that Gaurishankar resorted to "nefarious means" to "illegally" transfer properties of their late father to himself. She said this would lead to the brothers "hoodwinking" her out of her rightful share.
