The Delhi High Court has said that it is high time that backdoor entries in colleges should stop. It argued that lakhs of students work hard to secure admissions on the basis of merit. It made the observation while dismissing an appeal by five students who were granted admission in 2016 by a Bhopal medical college without undergoing centralised counselling.
