Mindtree on Thursday appointed five new directors including L&T CEO and Managing Director SN Subrahmanyan and two more representatives of the engineering conglomerate to its board. Mindtree Co-founder Subroto Bagchi, who retires on July 16, has not offered to be re-appointed. L&T's open offer to buy 31% Mindtree shares commenced on June 17 and will end on June 28.
