Bahrain court rejects all 7 AT1 bond cases against HDFC Bank

Bahrain's civil court dismissed all seven cases filed by investors who alleged mis-selling of Credit Suisse AT1 bonds through HDFC Bank. Courts found investors lacked sufficient evidence. Investors were ordered to bear legal costs. This follows a similar March ruling by India's National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, which also dismissed complaints against the bank.
