Bajaj Auto on Thursday announced it is in talks to swap its entire 48% stake in Austria-based KTM for shares in its parent company KTM Industries. This would increase KTM Industries' stake in the company from 51.7% to 99.7%. The Indian automaker valued its investment in KTM at nearly ₹2,529 crore as of 2017-18.
