Bajaj Finance and HDFC Group are responsible for most spam telemarketing calls, a Local Circles survey found. It said 60% of respondents received three or more spam calls every day, while 90% of respondents receive spam calls despite being on Do-Not-Disturb (DND) list. "This clearly indicates that the DND list is still not working for consumers," the survey report said.
