Bajaj Finserv reported a 19.1% YoY increase in Q1 FY27 total income to ₹42,036.90 crore, while net profit rose 18.2% to ₹6,296.67 crore. The Board approved setting up a reinsurance subsidiary, subject to regulatory approvals, while Bajaj Finance, Bajaj General Insurance and Bajaj Life Insurance delivered strong operational performance.
