Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav extended greetings to the Congress for its thumping win in the Karnataka Assembly polls and said that "Bajrang Bali is upset with the BJP". He added, "BJP is finished in the southern part of India. Wherever there is BJP, it's either due to poaching or unconstitutionally. In North India, BJP lost in Himachal Pradesh."
