India's 25-year-old rower Balraj Panwar, who is called 'MS Dhoni of Indian rowing', has reached the quarter-finals at Paris 2024 Olympics. Balraj finished second in the Repechage 2 with a time of 7:12.41 to reach last eight of men's single sculls event. Balraj, who is a first-time Olympian, serves in the Army.
