The JD-U, RJD and Congress alliance has asked the Election Commission to ban the live telecast of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rally in Bhabua, Bihar. The rally is scheduled for October 12, the same day the first phase of the assembly elections will commence. The party is alleging that the rally will violate the Model Code of Conduct.
