Following the desecration of a Goddess Annapurna idol by a 16-year-old Muslim minor at the Nageshwar temple in Pune's Paud village, Mulshi tehsil area observed a complete shutdown. Over 2,000 locals protested under the Sakal Hindu Samaj banner, demanding action against accused. Maharashtra Guardian minister Chandrakant Patil said the accused have been arrested.
