Bandhan Bank denies knowledge of Abu Dhabi stake talks

Bandhan Bank said it has no knowledge of reported talks between Abu Dhabi's IHC and First Abu Dhabi Bank to acquire a stake in its promoter entity BFSL. The Economic Times had reported BFSL is working with Jefferies to sell a 25–32% stake to strategic investors, partly to exit long-term shareholders like GIC and IFC.
