Bandhan Bank CFO and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) Sunil Samdani has resigned from his position to explore other professional opportunities, the bank announced in an exchange filing. Samdani will remain with the bank till September 30. "The Bank is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the office of CFO and KMP," the filing stated.
