The Bangladesh Cricket Board has sacked its top official Najmul Islam as Chairman of the Finance Committee with immediate effect. This comes after players in Bangladesh boycotted Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) and other matches on Thursday demanding Najmul's resignation. Najmul had called ex-captain Tamim Iqbal an "Indian agent" and slammed players for their recent performances.
