Bangladesh dengue death toll rises to 445

Bangladesh recorded six more dengue deaths and 1,866 admissions in 24 hours, bringing the 2026 toll to 445. Since January, 142,775 patients have been admitted, with 5,936 still receiving treatment. Experts warn that late hospital visits, poor treatment and patient risks fuel deaths, urging people to seek early care and eliminate mosquito breeding sites.
