Border Security Force apprehended a Bangladeshi involved in smuggling of sugar to Bangladesh along the international border in Meghalaya. This comes after BSF observed suspicious movement near the border involving some Bangladeshi smugglers carrying head loads. BSF said a man named Muhammad Hussain Ahmad was held while others escaped, taking advantage of thick vegetation and undulating terrain.
