Bank of Baroda (BoB) lowered home loan rates by 25 basis points to 8.25% and waived the processing fee under a limited-period offer. The new rates will come into effect on November 14 and will be applicable till December end. These will be applicable for those seeking balance transfers and the special rate is linked to the borrower's credit profile.
