The Bank of Maharashtra has classified the loan account of Reliance Communications as "fraud". In an exchange filing shared by the company, the bank listed "misappropriation of funds and criminal breach of trust" as the reason for the classification. Earlier, SBI and Bank of Baroda also declared the loan account of the company as "fraud".
