Former HDFC Bank CEO Aditya Puri said disruption is a part of any industry and that banks need to change every three to four years to keep up with the industry. "Use technology to create value," said Puri. His comments come as RBI stopped HDFC Bank from issuing new credit cards and paused the launch of new digital services.
