A video has surfaced on social media showing the moment a banned driver almost killed an officer by ramming a police car off the road during a high-speed chase in UK. The video showed the driver slamming his tipper van into the police vehicle, causing it to spin off a dual carriageway. The driver has been jailed for 30 months.
