Bar Council of India has suspended advocate Samarth Singh from legal practice with immediate effect over allegations linked to death of his wife, Twisha Sharma. The council said the allegations against Singh are grave and affect the dignity and public image of the legal profession. On Friday, police took Singh into custody after he arrived at Jabalpur court to surrender.
