Ireland create world record with quickest hat-trick of wins in Test cricket

Ireland defeated Zimbabwe by 63 runs in the one-off Test in Bulawayo to register their third consecutive win in Tests. With the win, Ireland have become the first men's team with three consecutive Test victories inside their first ten Test matches. The previous record was held by South Africa, who took 14 Tests to register their first hat-trick of wins.

A police case has been filed in Assam against YouTubers Samay Raina, Ranveer Allahbadia, Apoorva Mukhija over an 'India's Got Latent' episode. The FIR also names Ashish Chanchlani and Jaspreet Singh, accusing them and the other content creators of "promoting obscenity and engaging in sexually explicit and vulgar discussion". A row erupted as Allahbadia joked about 'watching parents have sex'.

Gold prices rose ₹2,430 to hit a fresh record high of ₹88,500 per 10 grams in Delhi on Monday following firm global trends and a weak rupee, as per the All India Sarafa Association. The precious metal of 99.9% purity had settled at ₹86,070 per 10 grams last week. Silver prices increased ₹1,000 to ₹97,500 per kg.

South Africa's 26-year-old opener Matthew Breetzke on Monday created history by smashing the highest-ever score on ODI debut. Breetzke scored 150(148) against New Zealand in their tri-series match in Lahore. The previous record was set by West Indies' Desmond Leo Haynes, who smashed 148 runs off 136 deliveries on his ODI debut against Australia on February 22, 1978.
