Barcelona legend Xavi Hernandez was among those who applied for the position of Indian men's football team head coach, PTI reported. However, the All India Football Federation (AIFF) rejected the Spain's World Cup-winning midfielder's application due to high cost. Stephen Constantine, Stefan Tarkovic and Khalid Jamil are among the three candidates shortlisted by the AIFF’s technical committee.
