Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta has called Congress' allegations of ₹2.35 crore renovation at his official residence, including a ₹94 lakh bathroom makeover, "baseless". Gupta's office demanded an apology, accusing Congress leader Devender Yadav of "undermining dignity of a Constitutional post for political mileage". Yadav, however, maintained his claims were based on "official documents".
