Shares of Amara Raja Batteries, India's second-largest automotive battery maker, fell as much as 6% on Tuesday after over 16% of the company's total equity exchanged hands. Clarios ARBL Holding is likely to divest its entire shareholding or 14% stake in Amara Raja through a block deal, CNBC-TV18 had reported. At 2:11 pm, its stock traded 5.98% lower on BSE.
