BBC bans its journalists from saying US 'kidnapped' Maduro, reveals memo

BBC has banned its reporters from using the word "kidnapped" while describing US government's abduction of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro after a massive attack. A leaked memo revealed that the guidelines were discussed during "the Nine", the 9am editorial meeting. The journalists have been advised to instead use "captured" or "seized". UK government has so far avoided criticising US action.
