The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) is planning to build a flyover on Bellary Road between Chalukya Circle and Hebbal. The flyover would decongest the stretch connecting the central business area with northern Bengaluru and Kempegowda International Airport, known for traffic snarls for years. "A private agency will be roped in to prepare a comprehensive report," a BBMP official said.
