BCAAs reduce inflammation when taken after exercise: Study

Published in American Journal of Men's Health, this study found that taking branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) after resistance training led to lower levels of inflammation markers like CRP and IL-6, and reduced muscle soreness more effectively than pre-exercise intake, although it showed no significant effect on muscle power recovery.
