BCCI on Wednesday, October 25 confirmed Amol Mazumdar as the Head Coach of India senior women's team. Notably, the senior women's team was without a coach since last December post Ramesh Powar's sacking. A domestic titan, Muzumdar scored over 11,000 first-class runs in 171 matches. He also featured in over 100 List A games and 14 T20 matches.
