BCCI Ombudsman Justice (Retd) Arun Mishra has asked RCB and Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) to file written submissions within four weeks over stampede during team's victory celebrations in Bengaluru, which led to 11 deaths. The directive follows a complaint by IPS officer Vikas Kumar. He also urged the Ombudsman to bar the franchise's sale until the investigation is complete.
