Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited approved the preferential allotment of 31,68,00,000 equity shares of ₹1 at not less than ₹23.06, issuing 14,10,75,000 shares to Mrs Janaki Yarlagadda and 17,57,25,000 shares to Siraj Holdings LLC, completing the share swap through which AIS Anywhere became its wholly-owned subsidiary, marking the final step.
