Bangladesh urged China to send a team of experts comprising of doctors, nurses and technicians to help fight the coronavirus pandemic and also train Bangladeshi health professionals. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi during a call with his Bangladeshi counterpart AK Abdul Momen assured him of China's full support. Bangladesh earlier this year sent masks, sanitisers and gloves to China.
