The Supreme Court slammed West Bengal Chief Secretary Dushyant Nariala over being unavailable during Malda incident where seven judicial officers were held hostage for nine hours. Criticising him over not taking call of Calcutta High Court Chief Justice Sujoy Paul, the apex court said, "Keep yourself grounded so that minions like Chief Justice High Court can reach you."
