Beauty queen Isel Aneli Suñiga Morfin, who represented Guatemala as a Miss Universe contestant in 2017, has been declared a drug gang leader and sanctioned by the US Treasury Department. "Isel, who is mayor of Guatemala's Ayutla, uses her political connections to further the Los Pochos Drug Trafficking Organization," the US Treasury Department said.
